Co-Founder and Director
Eric is the co-founder of Living and Thriving and has a Bachelor of Science in Biology (with a focus in Medical Studies), Six Sigma Green Belt certification, APMG International Change Management Registered Practitioner, Harvard Business Leadership certification and has held Senior Director positions in healthcare both in Australia and overseas.
After witnessing and experiencing adverse work environments early in his career, he committed himself to become a senior leader that could create mentally healthy and thriving workplaces. Throughout his career he has transformed organisational structures, cultures, behaviours for the better and has given hundreds of employees a new perspective of what a safe and effective work environment can be.
As a part of his efforts to create a mentally healthy workplace culture, he openly shares the challenges of General Anxiety Disorder with his peers and team. His demonstration of vulnerability and authenticity has made way for a culture of acceptance and compassion where his teams could bring their full-selves to the work.
Eric was an activist and leader for same-sex marriage and continues to push for equal rights and inclusivity for all.
